ePro Custom Footbeds are designed to align the body, allowing you to feel better and perform better. The ePro custom footbed will support and stabilize your foot in its correct anatomical position and is custom finished to activity specific requirements of your choosing.

ePro Custom Footbeds are the most technologically advanced, highly developed and innovative footbeds in the world. Years of research and development have been conducted by eSoles, world-class biomechanics specialists, leading podiatrists, the US Olympic committee and athletes in a myriad of disciplines.

In line with our philosophy to produce the best footbed for every activity, we take all fundamental factors into consideration for development of activity specific footbeds. There is particular emphasis placed on the medial and lateral profile of the footbed to provide optimal support.

3D TruCapture® Technology

eSoles® 3D TruCapture® technology is not just a sophisticated “White Light” digital capturing system; it is a ground breaking foot alignment system. We examine foot alignment in more detail than any other technology, capture the foot in its true anatomical position and allow for better control and a superior product.

eSoles® footbeds are created using our state of the art foot alignment technology. 3D TruCapture® and our patented biodynamic air pillow scan your foot only after it is aligned in 4 different ways. If the foot is not aligned with this level of detail, the resulting footbed will not align the foot properly, resulting in comfort and performance being compromised.

Manufacturing:

Using the data from the eSoles® 3D TruCapture® technology, ePro footbeds are manufactured in the United States using state of the art 5 axis CNC machinery, allowing for consistent and accurate production.

Materials:

Top Cover:

Each activity has a sport specific top cover, further customizing the footbed to your unique requirements.

ePro Custom Footbeds use only the highest quality materials featuring anti-bacterial, and friction reducing technologies to build the ePro footbed.

EVA Foam:

EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) is an ultra light material that provides superior support and alignment and is available in multiple densities. Sport specific requirements and fitness levels determine the density used.

Metatarsal pad

Available in different heights, support your foot’s transverse arch and help prevent hot spots and numbness in the forefoot and toe area.
