Friar’s Head Golf Course Provides Members Access to PGA Tour’s Official Licensed Product, eSoles eFit and ePro Custom Footbeds
RIVERHEAD, N.Y. - (April 12, 2010) –eSoles® Custom Footbeds, an official product of the PGA Tour and world's leading authority in the science and development of custom footbeds, announced today that Friar’s Head Golf Course in New York is offering its members and their guests access to eSoles 3D TruCapture® Kiosk Scanning System and custom footbeds. As the 28th ranked golf course in the U.S., Friar’s Head members will have access to the same leading technology and products used by PGA Tour players. Currently, more than 100 PGA Tour golf players have had their feet scanned and wear eSoles custom footbeds to provide improved comfort and performance on and off the course.
The eSoles 3D TruCapture Kiosk Scanning System is the most advanced system for foot imaging and analysis available. The system takes a 100 percent accurate scan of the foot and uses precise algorithms to compare the scans to its database of 50,000 foot scans. This information is used to construct eFit® custom modular footbeds and ePro™ custom footbeds specifically designed for individuals.
